Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Craic! Below you’ll find all the information you need about how we handle shipping and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

All items are made to order – meaning they are produced after you place your order.

  • Production time: Typically 2–7 business days

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times

After your order is fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

Ireland & UK: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or unforeseen courier disruptions.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your order.

We may occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.


4. Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.

If your tracking info hasn’t updated after a few days, please be patient – tracking may take 24–72 hours to begin updating.


5. Customs & Duties

Orders delivered outside of the EU may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for any additional charges incurred through customs processing.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Unclaimed packages returned by the courier

If a package is returned to us due to customer error, reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.


7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at houseofcraic16@gmail.com and we’ll assist in investigating the issue.

Claims for lost orders must be made within 45 days of the shipping date.
