Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Craic. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All our items are made especially for you when you place an order. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item

• Provide a clear photo of the issue and a brief description

We will review your request and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

3. Order Issues

We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Customer error in size or color selection

• Unclaimed or undeliverable packages

If an order is returned due to an error on your part (e.g. incorrect address), you may be liable for reshipping costs.

4. Exchanges

As each product is made to order, we do not offer size or style exchanges. To avoid sizing issues, please consult the size guide available on each product page before ordering.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
